Return & Refund Policy

At Suhail Footwears, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read the following policy before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• The wrong product, colour or size was delivered.
• The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

The product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with the original packaging, tags and accessories intact.

2. Size Exchange

For footwear, size exchange may be requested if the required size is available in stock.

The footwear must be unused and unworn and should be returned in its original packaging.

Size exchange is subject to product availability.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

A return or exchange may not be accepted if:

• The product has been worn or used.
• The product has been damaged after delivery.
• The original packaging, tags or accessories are missing.
• The product shows signs of washing, cleaning or alteration.
• The return request is made after the applicable return period.
• The issue is caused by normal wear and tear.

4. Return Period

A return or exchange request should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order if there is any issue with the product.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us with:

• Order number
• Clear photographs/videos of the product
• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable
• A brief description of the issue

We will review the request and provide the appropriate resolution.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund method may be communicated separately depending on the available payment process.

7. Order Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible only before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

8. Return Shipping

For products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping arrangements may be provided as applicable.

For other return or exchange requests, return shipping may be subject to the applicable shipping terms communicated by Suhail Footwears.

9. Product Inspection

All returned products may be inspected before a return, exchange or refund is approved.

Approval of a return or refund does not occur automatically merely because a request has been submitted.
